Promotion boards for the 2017 CL Christmas Fair – please can you help?

Estate agents Hamilton Chase of Barnet have generously agreed to sponsor Cherry Lodge’s Christmas Fair, to be held at St James Church in New Barnet on Saturday 2nd December 2017.

Hamilton Chase would like to put up specially designed sponsorship boards on properties in the local area (Barnet, Arkley and Potters Bar) – and will make a donation of £10 for each board that goes up.

To make this promotion possible we need at least 30 households to agree to have a board on their property. Please note that to do so you must either own your own home or have your landlord’s permission.

The board will be up for a minimum of four weeks leading up to the event and will be removed soon afterwards. Hamilton Chase will be responsible for putting up the boards and taking them down, and have assured us that every care will be taken.

To proceed with this promotion, we need your agreement by 31st October 2017 at the latest.

This campaign will not only raise money for Cherry Lodge it will also be great publicity both for our Christmas Fair and for the work we do to support local people living with cancer.
