- ‘The Drop Outs’ by Pauline Wishart, describing how a group of CL members who loved the old pre-Covid Tuesday morning Drop Ins at Howard House found different places where they could get together weekly to enjoy each other’s company, welcome new members, and offer mutual support.
- ‘Hotel Sponsorship’ by Sarah Armitage, announcing that Double Tree by Hilton London Elstree have selected CL as their chosen charity and are now actively fundraising for us.
- ‘Full Circle at Cherry Lodge’, in which Annys Douglas recounts her long and deep involvement with our charity – Indian Head massage volunteer, shop volunteer before being employed as assistant shop manager, member of the fundraising team, and, since May 2023, a CL member, receiving support through her own cancer journey.
- Publicity for upcoming Fundraising Events, including a Sponsored Swim (7th July 2024), Flower Workshop with Iris (21st September), our Pink Tombola (19th October), Lights of Love (24th November), Christmas Fair (30th November), and Schools Carol Singing (4th and 11th December).
- The ‘Bits & Pieces’ board, with notices announcing the CL Big Annual Raffle (tickets available), Summer Soulstice on 15th June, and the AGM on 25th June. Also displayed are the names and finish times of our London Marathon runners, to whom we offer heartfelt thanks.
- ‘Our Services & Approach’ page, a very useful summary with regularly updated information.
