As in previous years, children from Barnet primary and secondary schools raised funds for Cherry Lodge by singing a selection of festive music in the courtyard of The Spires shopping centre. Taking part this year were pupils from the following schools: Broadfields, Cromer Road, Danegrove, Foulds, Grasvenor Avenue, Livingstone, Queen Elizabeth’s Boys’, and St Catherine’s.
Everyone who heard the children singing for Cherry Lodge on December 3rd and 10th was extremely impressed by the tuneful and lively performances and many people showed their appreciation by donating generously to our excellent cause. The total raised for the two days was a much appreciated £935.26.
