Message from Dr Margaret M. Clark, Cherry Lodge Chairman
This is a very strange Volunteers’ Week, as most of our volunteers are unable to carry out their usual, and much valued, roles at Cherry Lodge. Both Howard House and the shop are currently closed but some of our volunteers have been helping with food and prescription deliveries and the feedback on the support thus offered has been hugely appreciative.
Those people who have applied to become future volunteers have, sadly, not been able to attend an induction course as yet, but as soon as Government regulations permit we will announce new dates.
I am extending my personal thanks to all our voluntary helpers who so tirelessly work for CL and, under normal circumstances, keep it going.
