Events Programme
Cherry Lodge Cancer Care fundraisers continue to put on an interesting and succesful range of events. Events in the first months of 2024 have included: the Summer Soulstice/Cherry Lodge Heart & Soul Ball on 17th February, an Arkley Club Cha Night on 23rd February, Iris’s Easter Flower Arranging Workshop on 21st March, the Cherry Lodge Easter Sponsored Walk ‘n’ Talk in Oakhill Park on 24th April, the 2024 tcs London Marathon on 21st April, the Summer Soulstice Warm-Up event at Barnet’s Black Horse pub on 4th May 2024, and a CL comedy night – Laugh out Loud – at Totteridge Cricket Club on Saturday 11th May 2024.
There will be another lively Cha Night at the Arkley Club on Friday 17th May 2024, and the Cherry Lodge stall will be at the Arkley Village Fayre on Saturday May 18th 2024. Thinking further ahead, tickets are available via this link for Summer Soulstice 2024, to be held on Saturday 15th June.
From coffee mornings and lunches to running events and bike rides, there is a whole range of activities you can enjoy while also supporting Cherry Lodge.

Visit the Summer Soulstice website for more information about Barnet’s very special family music festival, which returns to Old Elizabethans’ Memorial Playing Fields on Saturday 15th June 2024. Held in memory of Andy Weekes and raising money for Cherry Lodge Cancer Care, this hugely popular event is in its 17th year.
Appearing live this year are 10-piece supergroup Brit Funk Association, British R&B legends Loose Ends, and singer/songwriter FiL Straughan.
