Cherry Lodge Cancer Care is delighted to have received a surprise donation of £500 from Waitrose Community Matters.
Before the coronavirus, Waitrose stores across the country selected three local charities each month for support under the company’s green token Community Matters scheme. Green tokens had to be withdrawn during the pandemic but Community Matters has continued to support the good work of local charities – including, most recently, Cherry Lodge.
Thank you very much indeed to Waitrose for helping us continue to keep our cancer information and support services completely free of charge.
