As has been customary for nearly 40 years, the first week in June has again been designated national Volunteers’ Week, an annual celebration of the contribution of millions of volunteers across the UK.
The trustees and staff of Cherry Lodge Cancer Care are delighted to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful volunteers, who help us in so many ways: at our centre, in our shop, as fundraisers and in the community. Without the invaluable help of volunteers, Cherry Lodge could not continue to provide our wide range of information and support services, all completely free of charge to people affected by cancer.
In whatever way you are able to help us, we are extremely grateful to you. Thank very much indeed for sparing your time to support our very good cause.
