The London Landmarks Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 12th April 2026. Participants will run on closed roads through Westminster and the City of London, starting at Pall Mall, passing major landmarks including Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s cathedral and the Tower of London, and ending at Downing Street. Runners and spectators will enjoy a great day out, with musical performances, DJs, dancers and themed cheer stations along the route.
Cherry Lodge Cancer Care has a team of four runners raising money for us by taking part in this great event. The money they raise through sponsorship will help Cherry Lodge continue to provide our much needed cancer information and support services completely free of charge.
