The Cherry Lodge Cancer Care annual ‘Lights of Love’ ceremony offers an opportunity each year for people to come together to remember a loved one, to mark a special occasion, as a token of love, or simply to enjoy the company of others.
Before the event, people are invited to make a donation to Cherry Lodge Cancer Care to sponsor a symbolic light on the bandstand at The Spires Shopping Centre in Barnet. Everyone on the Cherry Lodge mailing list should have received a donation form along with their Autumn Newsletter. If you haven’t received a form, please contact Tina on 020 8441 7000 or email tina@cherrylodgecancercare.org.uk.
This year’s event will be held on Sunday 26th November 2017, starting at 4.30pm. The lights on the bandstand will be switched on, the Cherry Lodge Singers will be singing, readings will be given and there will be plenty of time to enjoy refreshments and chat with old and new friends.
The bandstand will be illuminated every day until January.
