Cherry Lodge Cancer Care sends a big thank you to staff and students at Barnet and Southgate College for raising funds to help us provide our support and information services, free of charge, to local people affected by cancer.
A fantastic cake sale, held at the college on 11th March 2016, raised an excellent £190 (£237.50 including Gift Aid) for Cherry Lodge. The college has asked us also to thank Victoria Bakery and the staff of Greggs for generously donating large quantities of cakes for the sale.
The proceeds of this cake sale have been donated to Cherry Lodge in the form of sponsorship for George Komodromou’s London to Paris bike ride for Cherry Lodge, which will take place from 8th to 12th June.
